계정과 데이터 지우기

앱의 메인 화면에서 설정을 엽니다.
맨 아래 내 펫과 데이터 지우기를 누릅니다.
지워지는 것과 남는 것을 확인하고 다음을 누릅니다.
확인을 위해 펫 이름을 그대로 적고 지우기 → 최종 확인에서 지우기를 누릅니다.

인터넷에 연결되어 있을 때만 지울 수 있어요.
지우면 계정, 펫, 봉봉, 아이템, 우정, 대화와 내가 보낸 메시지, 차단·선물 기록, 기기의 캐시·설정이 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없어요. 받기 전인 선물은 취소되고 보낸 친구에게 봉봉이 돌아가요.
신고 기록은 안전을 위해 지운 계정과 연결되지 않게 바꾼 뒤 1년 동안 남겼다가 지워요.
사진 보관함에 저장한 공유 카드는 앱이 지우지 않아요. 사진 앱에서 직접 지워 주세요.
앱을 먼저 지웠다면 서버의 계정이 남아 있을 수 있어요. 익명 계정이라 다시 들어갈 수 없으니, 위 이메일로 펫 이름과 대략의 만든 날짜를 알려 주시면 확인해 볼게요.

신고와 안전

불쾌한 메시지나 연락처 요구를 받았다면 대화 화면의 신고하기·차단하기를 써 주세요. 급하게 도움이 필요하면 이메일로도 알려 주세요.

Deleting your account and data

Open Settings from the main screen.
Tap Delete my pet and data at the bottom.
Review what gets deleted and what we keep, then tap Next.
Type your pet's name, tap Delete, then Delete again to confirm.

You must be online to delete.
Your account, pet, treats, items, friendships, chats and messages you sent, block and gift history, and the cache and settings on your device are deleted permanently. Unclaimed gifts are cancelled and the sender gets their treats back.
For safety, reports are kept for one year with the link to the deleted account removed, then deleted.
Share cards saved to your photo library aren't deleted by the app. Delete them in the Photos app.
If you deleted the app first, your server account may still exist. Because accounts are anonymous you can't sign back in; email us your pet's name and roughly when you created it and we'll look into it.

Reports and safety

If you get an offensive message or someone asks for your contact details, use Report and Block in the chat. If you need help urgently, email us too.
